Sistem Pemesanan Web Menggunakan QR-Code dan Evaluasi Paket Menu Berbasis SAW

Es Coklat Mas Lino memerlukan digitalisasi proses pemesanan, pembayaran, pengelolaan status pesanan, dan evaluasi paket menu. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pemesanan berbasis web yang diakses melalui QR-Code serta menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk memeringkat 10 alternatif paket bundling. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Laravel, MySQL/MariaDB, dan Midtrans. Data historis penelitian berupa rekap penjualan tujuh menu reguler selama 365 hari pada periode 1 Mei 2025 sampai 30 April 2026 dengan total 224.035 unit, yang digunakan untuk membentuk nilai Popularitas awal komponen paket. Data penjualan digunakan sebagai indikator popularitas, bukan sebagai data manajemen stok atau persediaan. Kriteria SAW terdiri atas Harga sebagai atribut cost berbobot 0,30, Popularitas sebagai atribut benefit berbobot 0,25, dan Rating sebagai atribut benefit berbobot 0,45. Paket yang belum memiliki rating aktual pelanggan menggunakan nilai awal netral 3 sebagai parameter internal. Hasil perhitungan menempatkan A2 pada peringkat pertama dengan nilai preferensi 0,976000 dan A9 pada peringkat terakhir dengan nilai 0,598215. Validasi fungsional dilaksanakan melalui 70 skenario Black Box Testing yang mencakup pemesanan, pembayaran, laporan, SAW, serta fungsi Midtrans Snap dan webhook; seluruh skenario berstatus valid, termasuk keberhasilan notifikasi settlement dan pembaruan status pembayaran melalui pengujian webhook Midtrans yang dikonfigurasi. UAT terhadap 12 responden memperoleh persentase 90,14% dengan kategori Sangat Baik.
